Horn was a city of great significance in the Golden Age, which lasted from about 1600 to 1700. In the historic center of Hoorn, many monuments and works of art remind us of this illustrious time. A guided tour is therefore definitely worth it! You can of course do this entirely on your own, but we recommend that you take a city walk on the basis of a city guide. These city guides can tell you a lot about the history of Hoorn and the various monuments in particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">City walk with guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are various organizations in Hoorn that offer city guides. For example, there is the association Oud Hoorn and Local Guide Hoorn.
